NCI employs a full service AV engineering team including auto-cad, design engineers, and estimators that can provide a turnkey solution for the AV technology systems required no matter the size of your business or project budget. Our team members pride themselves on delivering comprehensive construction coordination documents that are focused on assisting the project team with items required from other trades and ensure scope gaps are not present. We provide all customers with detailed diagrams and endpoint connections outlining every component within the system and ensuring all parties involved are comfortable with the implementation and intended functionality.

Service & Warranty
As we all know, technology systems require a combination of hardware and software to provide the reliability and functionality required by our clients. Due to the nature of these systems and how rapidly they change and evolve, we offer our customers the ability to enter an advanced service agreement or supplemental warranty. Our standard warranty for hardware and labor is 1-YR post completion of an implementation, however a number of business require a greater level of service for mission critical technology systems. Also, the increasing monthly or yearly re-occurring software as a service model, beginning in the IT world, has rapidly moved into the audio visual arena as the AV/IT convergence moves ahead with a full head of steam. NCI has evolved these agreements over time to help accommodate any re-occurring cost to the client in a manageable OPEX yearly agreement model ensuring that each organization can properly budget for technology maintenance per year, and forecast for major system updates as required.
