Access control technicians are responsible for performing various kinds of maintenance and repair work on diverse electronic and mechanic access control systems. Installation, troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of access and lock systems. They will be responsible for install, repair and update access control boards, card-swipe equipment, alarm devices, door alarms, locks etc. Install and maintain client/server computers. Issue ID cards and codes to staff. Preserve key control records, codes, combinations etc. Experience with Avigilon, Axis, Aiphone and Galaxy a plus. Must be able to identify and cut in strike plates, install door devices like readers, push buttons, door contacts and terminate. Must have experience terminating control panels. Programing of software is a plus.
